From a staff of just 10 in 1996, InterMedia has grown to an organization of 40 professionals. Our growth is designed to ensure we can put our research at the service of our clients’ objectives, meet their targets and, in an era of increased accountability, provide them with actionable insight into measures of effectiveness, impact and key performance indicators.
Mark Rhodes and Susan Gigli co-founded InterMedia and lead its day-to-day operations and growth. Together they have more than four decades’ of research and analysis experience on behalf of public and private sector organizations.
